The Homeowner's Association, (HOA) provides assistance to our residents by offering the following amenities.  Residents are welcome to add flowers and additional landscaping which we believe enhances our beautiful neighborhood.

 Professional Management

Mowing and trimming

Spring and Fall clean-up of common areas

Common area landscape maintenance

Snow removal from driveways, sidewalks and alleys

Snow removal of all public sidewalks

The twice annual HOA meeting will keep you informed and give you the opportunity to participate in your association. Currently the HOA fee is $160.00 per month.  In January 2009 the fee will be reduced to $140.00 per month.

Please remember to contact the HOA when making any exterior modifications to your home.  Architectural Review Committee Plan Submission Form.   All forms should be sent to the attention of Larry Byrnes the Property Manager by fax, e-mail or mail.
