​ANNESGROVE, named after a garden in Ireland known for its green, rolling hills, is a uniquely styled development located in the town of Camillus, a western suburb of Syracuse, New York. The Annesgrove neighborhood offers craftsman-style houses built in a "traditional" manner.....frequently called "New Urbanism". The beautiful tree-lined sidewalks and houses with quaint front porches, make it a very interactive, friendly community.
The Annesgrove community is governed by a Home Owner's Association (HOA). The HOA includes a board of directors whose members are elected to oversee the HOA's governing document call the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (DCCR). The DCCR empowers or requires the board to carry out operations and oversee upkeep, maintenance, and activities that ensure or improve the quality of the homeowners living experience while living at Annesgrove.
